Which countries does Backstage serve?
We currently serve clients in the US, but we are planning to expand to other Native English countries in the future.
Who is Backstage for?
We cater to all companies across industries, regardless of size. We also accommodate third-party agencies who need to outsource their graphic design needs as well as printing companies.
What is Backstage?
Backstage is a service provider company that delivers professional graphic design in a timely manner, at a competitive cost, powered by our values.
Billing
Can I get discounts if I have multiple Backstage passes?
Yes! Bundle up and save! Check out our savings on the page.
Will there be any hidden fees?
Rest assured that there will be no hidden fees when you partner with us. We are a company solidly built on honesty and transparency. We are not here to cheat anybody.
Which method of payment can I use?
All credit cards are accepted.
Am I in a long-term contract with you?
You are never in a contract with us. You can renew your subscription every month/quarter/year and you can cancel it anytime.
What does my billing cycle look like and when can I be billed?
It depends on your subscription plan. When you subscribe to us monthly, you will automatically be billed the same day of each month you renew your membership from the day you start. When you avail of our quarterly plan, you will be billed on the same day of each quarter you are subscribed to us. For the yearly subscription, you will be billed on the same day at the same month unless you cancel your subscription.
How hard is it to cancel my subscription? How can I cancel my subscription?
It is extremely easy. You just have to email info@backstagegd.com or contact us via Whatsapp at +1 772-243-0053
Can I pause my account if I don’t have any requests at the moment?
Yes. We will hold the upcoming payment for 15 days. After 15 days have passed, we need to know if you decide to continue or not as payments are done automatically as we charge your account again.
Can I get a refund if I haven’t used my account recently?
Yes. If no requests have been submitted while your account is active, we will give you a 100% refund.

What design file formats does Backstage provide?
We can deliver most of the files that are used in printable and non-printable/virtual files.
How many tasks will my team work on each day?
You can submit as many requests as possible. You only have to connect with your stage manager and align the priorities of each task your team needs to work on. Our designers will start the delivery based on the priorities you have set. Remember, at some point, you might need more than one Backstage Pass since we deliver one request at a time.

How long do requests take to complete?
When you avail of our base backstage pass, your requests will be completed within 24-48 hours. As for the more premium backstage passes, your requests will be delivered on the same day depending on the complexity of the request.

Over time, we’ve developed a steadfast and skilled internal team of designers. We prioritize their contentment by recognizing and appreciating their valuable skills and the impact they bring to the team. Our approach involves exclusively working with our in-house team, without engaging freelancers.
What are Backstage’s business hours?
Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Nonetheless, we prioritize addressing your submitted inquiries promptly, as we adhere to the 24-48-hour timeframe commitment. Feel free to submit your requests at any hour, and a member of your production crew will promptly attend to them as soon as feasible.
I have a really time-sensitive request. What do I do?
Coordinate with your stage manager to guarantee timely delivery of the request. If for any reason we are unable to meet the specified deadline, we will promptly communicate this to you.
How many requests can I submit at a time?
Feel free to submit as many requests as necessary. Please bear in mind that we approach these requests sequentially, according to your established priorities. Additionally, should you require multiple requests, we’re open to discussing a bundle discount to accommodate your needs.
Who works on my requests?
Your stage manager will coordinate with the production crew to fulfill your requests.
What details should my design request include?
You should include the following details on your design request:

How do I get revisions done?
Every time you submit a request, you are entitled to unlimited revisions. Just submit your comments via Slack on what we need to adjust or change.
Is there a contract I have to sign?
Nope, there is no contract that you have to sign.
Do you use design templates?
We typically avoid utilizing templates unless they align with your specific style and brand identity. Ensuring that we capture your brand’s essence and inspiration is a top priority. If you could provide visual references that reflect your design aspirations, we would greatly appreciate it. Sharing your brand book is also encouraged, as it aids us in tailoring our design work to your established aesthetic. If you’re looking to begin with a clean slate, kindly inform us during our introductory call.
Where does Backstage get stock photos, videos, animations, fonts, icons, and elements from?
We have different sources. Our primary source is our customer’s stock graphics and then we use different kinds of services for the content.
How do you maintain confidentiality?
Rest assured that all of your information remains confidential and secure. We neither disclose it to any other companies nor do we engage in selling your information to third parties. Can you create print-ready designs?
Yes. We need details about the dimensions and file types of the printable to deliver them right.
How can I access my files?
You will be assigned a Google Drive for all your work.
What should I do if my team doesn’t understand my ideas?
Request an encore with your stage manager.
How do I request revisions?
When the deliverable is submitted, add your comments or submit “Approved”.
